Being an entrepreneur, in such a volatile environment like ours, can be daunting and nerve racking.  You have to deal daily with issues such as meeting your capital needs, getting your product out there and attracting the customer. These are a few tech tools, accessible online, which can help with productivity on a daily basis in spite of the environment. If you want a private way of communicating with your team, you should check out Yammer. Yammer is called the ‘Facebook for business’ for its ease of use in sharing files, discussing projects and getting work done faster. Great thing about this tool is it is freemium i.e. basic product is accessible free of charge for use by a company with up to ....but a premium will be charged for additional features. However, access to this network is determined by your e-mail address. If it is linked to an internet domain, you're fine. According to Gregory North, VP Business transformation, Xerox. Yammer accelerates innovation in the work place. Record keeping is not my favorite task and for most entrepreneurs bursting with product ideas, it isn’t. Wave is your go-to accounting software. The amazing thing is, Wave offer its services 100% free for small businesses with nine (9) employees or less. it's quite easy to use and offers unlimited invoicing & expense tracking. It’s so liberating to think about how this tool makes a boring task like accounting easy breezy. Thinking of sending product campaigns to a number of e-mail addresses? Check out mailchimp.com.  Mailchimp is great for e-mail marketing, managing contacts and tracking results. You can send out up to 12,000 customized product campaign e-mails to at least 2,000 subscribers for free. Sending out e-mail campaign is one thing, following up on e-mail received is another thing altogether, especially if you receive a lot of e-mail daily. Followupthen is simple e-mail reminder system that works with any e-mail system , including web based e-mail services such as Gmail and Hotmail, on any device. For instance, if you need a reminder about a meeting tomorrow for 3pm, all you’ll need to do is forward an e-mail to [email protected] and you’ll receive a reminder email the next day at 3pm prompt. You might ask why you can’t simply set a reminder on your mobile phone or schedule a meeting on your e-mail calendar. Well, yes you can, but if you’re someone that gets buried daily under a ton of e-mail, you can easily send an e-mail so you get a reminder exactly when you need it. Join.me enables you to hold a meeting online and share screens. You can share your desktop/laptop screen instantly just by sending a link to a recipient who gets to click and view your screen real time. It’s such a great way to collaborate. It basically allows you to review documents and designs, train staff, and do product demonstrations and presentations. For entrepreneurs in the business of live experiences, Eventbrite works. Eventbrite allows you to create events which is accessible in over 190 countries. This platform allows you to organize, promote and sell tickets to small events.
